Barrow AFC Community Sports is organising our free holiday sports programme again at half term.
Sessions are Monday 20 February to Friday 24 February, from 2pm-4pm, at Pulse Soccer Centre in the Park.
We encourage parents to send their child with a drink for the 2 hours. The last hour, 3-4, is a mixed tournament where each team will have a coach to help them.
Each team will play in a celebration tournamentleague where they can transfer what they’ve learnt in the first hour into proper practice (matches) which has proven to be very popular in the past.
One You is here to help you get back to a healthier you. Take the new NHS quiz to see how you score.
How Are You is for over 18s only and is only designed to point you in the right direction. It’s not a medical assessment – if you’re worried about your health you should speak to a health professional.
